She continually writes one fantastic book after another with twisty turvy plots that you think you know the bad people, but nope think again. I am amazed by AJ and Ana and all the secrets going on in this book.“I’m really an Avenger…a bona fide caped crusader who saves people.” AJAnastasia Quinn, aka Ana, has been working with the FBI until things start going wrong. I loved everything about this book, and I am still shocked by everything Ana went through and all the things she will continue to deal with since the truth came out. She is an amazingly tough chick. I loved how Brittney wrote her in a way that she could handle herself, but with the help of AJ realized she didn’t need to take on everything by herself anymore. Ana had some seriously thick walls, and AJ was the perfect gentleman. He had enough patience to work on helping those walls come down. I also really love AJ and the bits and pieces of the Hawkins family. He is one loved boy and has amazing tight, protective, and loving brothers and sister. I loved how the Hawkins family showed Ana that it’s okay to let loose and have fun. I am especially excited about more Hawkins family books and, of course, Chris’s book!I highly recommend not only this book but all the books in the Stealth Ops series. This book can be read as a standalone. Also, it may make you want some pecan pie, southern food, learn the two-step, and make an SGW list. You have to read the book to know what SGW is.
