A solid ending to this short series. Overall I,enjoyed the arc. While the flow of action didn't always work, the panel art remains very good and consistent throughout. The narrative of Vader's failure after the battle of Yavin and need to redeem himself in the eyes of emperor proved interesting enough. However, not all of the story elements felt quite like they fit in the SW: Cinematic Universe. Aspects introduced in other series (such as SW: REBELS) do help with a few of these elements (e.g. Cylo's cybernetic space whales). But overall it's a good read for fans who want more material.While it's great to see cameos, the character of Doctor Aphra and her murderous droids quickly became favorites. The parallels to C-3PO and R2-D2 are a bit too close perhaps and I think there was room for a bit more originality, they were still enjoyable to follow I’m not into comic books but, I really enjoyed the digital versions of these. The stories were great. These are the types of people that should be writing the newer SW “Disney” Movies. These comics are for fans of something like Rouge One. We want to see what kinda thing did he encounter and how dark had Anakin become after all those years under the Emperor. These comics prove that Anakin was in there.
